AMERICAN PANCAKES no.3
Ingredients:
– Protein Pancakes mix 300g
– water 360-390ml
Bake for about 4 minutes at 180˚C (middle temperature of the stove)

Protein American pancakes, with bananas, caramel topping and nuts. Again, simple things are always the best option. You will make them quickly and easily.
Combine the mix with water and stir into a medium-thick porridge. You can do all this with a spoon in one jug or whisk bowl from which you will pour the mixture directly on the heated pan with a little bit of oil. Pancakes are the best while warm, but you can pack them and take them with you for later.
