Preparation:
Dissolve half a cube of yeast in a glass of lukewarm water. Gradually add the contents of the bag and mix the dough while pouring the remaining amount of lukewarm water. Divide the dough into two buns and coat with oil and cover. After about twenty minutes, roll out the dough into a regular circle and cut it into eight parts and form rolls. Fill the rolls with salty or sweet fillings as desired. Leave the obtained rolls covered for half an hour in a warm place. Before baking, coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds. Adjust the baking to your oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 ̊C, and at the beginning of baking, lower the temperature to 200 ̊C and bake for about 12-13 minutes.
