Ingredients:
– Protein Pancakes mix 300g
– water 360-390ml
Bake for about 4 minutes at 180˚C (middle temperature of the stove)

Protein American pancakes with honey, nuts and dried fruits. I admit, it sounds like an aphrodisiac, but it’s still just a suggestion for breakfast or some other meal. It’s quick and easy to make them.
Combine the mix with water and stir into a medium-thick porridge. You can do all this with a spoon in one jug or whisk bowl from which you will pour the mixture directly on the heated pan with a little bit of oil. Keep the honey at room temperature, and to make it easier to pour, you can heat the jar in a bowl with lukewarm water. Pancakes are the best while warm, and the preparation is so simple that there is no excuse not to prepare it often. Couple of spoons of the Protein Pancakes mix and a little water – in three steps the meal is ready.
