AMERICAN PANCAKES no.2
– Protein Pancake mix 300g
– water 360-390ml
Bake for about 4 minutes at 180˚C (middle temperature of the stove)
Protein American pancake, with seasonal or frozen fruit, with a favorite topping… A great start of the day or its finale.
Combine the mix with water and stir into a medium-thick porridge. You can do all this with a spoon in one jug or whisk bowl from which you will pour the mixture directly on the heated pan with a little bit of oil. Pancakes are the best while warm, but you can pack them and take them with you for later.
