Ingredients:
– Chrono mix 310g
– 2 eggs
– sour cream 180ml
– edible oil 80ml
– cheese 100-120g
– pickles 100g
– sour red pepper 100g
– chicken breast 150g
Bake for about 30-35 minutes at 200˚C
You notice that this recipe is basically the same as for Chrono Mini Corn Bread, only here the dough is richer with a couple of ingredients and the advice is to pour it into a smaller tray, lined with baking paper.
Chrono diet already imposes enough rules, so we decided to relieve this recipe from the rules. The most important thing is to have sour peppers drained of liquid. At the very end of mixing the dough add the pepper and the pickles very lightly. The listed ingredients are just a rough idea, improvisations are welcome, create a meal with a personal touch, following the principles of chrono nutrition.
