Ingredients::
– Choco mix 430g
– water 200ml
– edible oil 170ml
– chocolate glaze
Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180-200˚C.
Combine all the listed ingredients and mix with a mixer to make shiny silky structures. Prepare a smaller tray, put baking paper in it, pour the mixture, and flatten it with a spoon. Put the filled tray in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes at 180-200˚C. Adjust the baking parameters to your conditions.
After it cools down, cover the biscuit with chocolate glaze. Our advice is to turn over the cooled biscuit upside down, remove the baking paper and pour a thin layer of glaze on the flatter side. Cut the cake after the icing has set. In order not to crack the chocolate, add enough amount of oil (3 to 4 tablespoons of oil per 100 g of chocolate).
